Do you test with our products or samples?
We test at the factory with units from the actual production batch being shipped — random-sampled per AQL. If you need lab-grade certification tests (CE, UL, EMC), we can coordinate with accredited labs separately.
Can you check my private-label / OEM requirements?
Yes. Logo placement, packaging, manuals, barcodes and language variants are part of our standard label & packaging check.
Do you inspect per carton or by sampling?
Sampling per AQL standards (typically AQL 2.5 for major defects). For small orders (under 3,000 pcs), we can increase the sample size on request.
How fast do I get the report?
Written PDF report with photos within 24 hours — usually the same evening as the inspection.
