Container Loading Supervision

What does AQL 2.5 mean?
AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) 2.5 is an international sampling standard. For example, for an order of 3,001–10,000 pcs, 125 units are inspected; up to 5 major defects are acceptable. We apply AQL 1.0 or 2.5 based on your product and market.
How fast do I get the report?
The written PDF report, with photos and defect annotations, is delivered within 24 hours after the inspection (usually the same evening).
What is the difference between a factory audit and an inspection?
An inspection checks a specific batch of goods against your spec. A factory audit evaluates the factory itself — capacity, quality system, social compliance — to decide whether to work with them at all. We do both.
Do you inspect products outside the Pearl River Delta?
Yes. For locations further away (e.g. Zhejiang, Fujian), we quote with travel and accommodation included, or coordinate with vetted partner inspectors.
